1. The service
site9 is an anonymous board. Reading and posting are free and require no account. A registered account is optional: a one-time fee of $10.00 USD unlocks posting under a username, the ability to request new boards, and moderator/admin eligibility.
2. Payment
$10.00 is paid on Stripe's checkout page. Payment records are kept for bookkeeping.
3. No refunds for lost or banned accounts
The fee is one-time and non-refundable. A lost recovery phrase, or an account that is banned or deactivated, permanently has no appeal, recovery, or refund path: the only way back is re-registering. Deactivation (by you or by the moderators) is final.
4. Accounts and recovery phrase
Accounts have no email address, and this site never sends emails. At registration you are shown a 12-word recovery phrase. The phrase is the only way to set or reset your password, and it is shown nowhere again. No one, including the administrators, can re-issue or recover it.
5. Content and image rights
You are responsible for what you post, and posts are governed by each board's published rules. The rights in any image or video you upload are yours, the poster's. Site9 hosts the file and claims no rights in it. You must not upload material you do not have the right to post. Moderators may remove posts and delete or ban accounts under those rules.
6. Content violations
The following are violations wherever they appear on the site, enforced under each board's rules the same as any other rule violation:
- Adult content posted outside the designated adult boards
- Generated content posted outside the designated AI boards
7. DMCA and takedown
Copyright complaints, DMCA notices, and takedown requests are filed through the report form on the post itself (the report button on the post); put the detail in the reason field. Other abuse is reported the same way.
8. Changes
These terms may change; the date above marks the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
